Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, quality, or a related technical field and at least 5 years of related experience.
• MS degree with 3+ years of related experience or PhD without experience acceptable.
• Demonstrated experience supporting NPI or design-transfer activities and sustaining manufacturing quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NPI quality, design transfer, and production-release readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define quality objectives, criteria, and risks.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPAs using 8D, DMAIC, or related methods.
• Support MRB, supplier quality actions, and process validation activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure data-driven quality improvements.
