Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead component qualification for NPI initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will develop dashboards and tracking systems across thousands of parts, managing PCB, memory, and other components while coordinating with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Business Units.

You will deliver presentations, manage risks, and drive qualification timelines with a focus on scalable processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, NPI, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Past presentation experience and deck creation.
• Experience managing component qualification programs and engineering changes.
• Strong PE or Manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Lead component qualification programs supporting NPI initiatives.
• Develop and maintain systems, processes, and dashboards to track qualification status across thousands of parts and projects.
• Manage multiple commodity programs (PCB, memory, components).
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and executive updates; produce status reviews.
• Develop presentations and executive communications on program health and qualification progress.
• Support fire-fighting and long-term process improvements for scalable qualification management.
