Job summary

Korpack is seeking a Commercialization Manager to own the full NPI lifecycle, from scoping through first-run execution and stabilization. You will lead a team of Developmental Project Managers and a Project Coordinator, ensuring clear readiness criteria and clean transitions to Customer Success.

This is an execution leadership role focused on preventing scope drift, ensuring timely launches, and delivering consistent program outcomes across sales, operations, and production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project execution in a manufacturing/ops environment.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes—scoping, planning, first-run management, stabilization.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience developing early-career project managers or operations professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the DPM team and Project Coordinator with regular feedback.
• Oversee all NPI programs from kickoff through stabilization and handoff.
• Ensure proper scoping, realistic timelines, and complete execution requirements.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales Ops, Purchasing, Scheduling, QA, and Production.
