• Develop and manage project budgets including cost targets and tooling expenses.
• Provide executive-level status updates and strategic insights to leadership.
• Drive portfolio reviews, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Coach teams on program management best practices to improve outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with senior management to remove obstacles.
