Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking a New Product Development / Design to Value (NPD/DTV) Engineer to drive refrigerated merchandiser development and cost-reduction initiatives. The role emphasizes value engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and solid modeling in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will develop CAD models, run simulations, and validate concepts with customers and lab tests, strengthening standardization and modularity across product lines.

Formación

• BS in Engineering required.
• 1–3 years of industrial product design experience.
• Experience with solid modeling in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in refrigeration/air conditioning or related thermal management.
• Six Sigma and Lean tools practical application.
• MS Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Responsabilidades
