Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers in Manheim/Lititz, PA offers an internship with the New Product Textile Engineering Team. The successful candidate will support product, process and testing activities for the textile category and collaborate with multiple departments to drive development.

Fenner Precision Polymershas an exciting internship opportunity with theFenner New Product Textile Engineering Team at Manheim/Lititz, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for product/process/testing needs for the textile product category.

As part of the New Product Development Team, you will …….

S/he will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to:

• Conduct lab testing on Polyurethanes, Silicones and textiles according to product development needs
• Help develop, setup and execute experiments for new technologies for our products

Develop proficiency in emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to support project work, data analysis, content creation, and operational efficiency under the guidance of team leaders

• Operate computer-controlled test equipment and analyze data
• Technical documentation:
• Update specifications for our products
• Write analytical reports based on experimentation conducted
• Develop new tests and document the associated work instructionsR&D projects
