Senior Engineering Recruiter | Medical Device | Aerospace | Automotive

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and integrate cloud-native NPC solutions within customer environments
• Design and validate policy rules using RSV
• Prepare and review technical documents including High-Level/Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD), CIQ, and network/IP configurations
• Develop and implement system verification strategies (SVS)
• Support and troubleshoot system testing, acceptance, and validation activities
• Perform detailed troubleshooting, issue tracking, and report generation
• Write and maintain automation and integration scripts for deployment and test activities
• Actively contribute to field trials, demos, and customer acceptance

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in telecom software deployment and integration
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G networks, call flows, and end-to-end use cases
• In-depth experience in telecom application integration projects
• Proficiency in key telecom protocols:
• Diameter (Gx, Rx, Sy, Sd)
• HTTP2 (N7, N15, N28, N36)
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (VNF, CNF, CBIS, CBAM, AWS, OCP, GCP) and virtualization technologies (VMware, OpenStack)
• Familiarity with VoLTE, IMS integration, and mobile network architecture
• Knowledge of standards such as 3GPP and ETSI
• Prior experience with policy software solutions like 5780DSC, SPS-P, or NPC is a strong plus
• Experience working with databases: Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL
• Solid Linux/Unix OS experience
• Understanding of the software project lifecycle and telecom domain workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3–7+ years of relevant experience in telecom software integration, ideally in the policy management domain
