Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join as Regional Clinical Manager in Riverside, CA. The role oversees clinical operations across the region, providing leadership and mentorship while ensuring quality standards. Expect a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with CA license.
• Prefer 5+ years related clinical experience as an RN and/or NP.
• Prefer 3+ years supervisor/leadership experience as an RN and/or NP.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring/training, maintaining compliance & quality standards, KPI's.
