Oscar Health is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for their Virtual Health Assessment team. This remote role focuses on conducting virtual health assessments, engaging with patients, and improving healthcare delivery. Candidates should have strong clinical experience and relevant licenses in multiple states.
Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We're hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) NP or PA to join our Virtual Health Assessment team.
At Oscar Medical Group, we are refactoring healthcare. We want to help each of our members achieve their healthcare goals in a personalized way. To help us achieve that goal, we are looking for innovative clinicians who think big and push boundaries to improve healthcare and healthcare delivery systems.
About the role :
Oscar Medical Group currently runs a Virtual Health Assessment (VHA) program that outreaches and virtually engages Oscar Health Insurance members in evaluation and management visits. The program is designed to 1) outreach to members who are more chronically ill based on historical and/or suspected health information, and 2) engage members who have a lower probability of regularly seeing their PCP. The top priorities of the VHA program are to identify areas in the member's medical journey that can be improved by increasing their access to care with a licensed provider. During the VHA appointment, the licensed provider will perform preventative care screenings, complete medication reconciliation, diagnose medical conditions, and provide health coaching, referrals, and treatment when clinically appropriate. This role will also support teams across Oscar Medical Group, including but not limited to, Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care, as needed.
