Catalyst Physician Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver direct patient care across our Texas clinics. You will manage patient assessment, exams, and treatment plans with in-office support and a collaborative team, serving diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Current Texas license and certification.
• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Experience as an NP or PA in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Competent with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coordination, and evaluation of patient care delivery.
• Patient assessment and age-appropriate history and physical.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
