The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine invites applications for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Division of Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology. The APP will provide comprehensive patient care, coordinate services across ambulatory and infusion settings, and support safe, effective clinical operations.

Required is a Master’s degree in nursing (NP) or PA program, active Ohio licensure with prescriptive authority, and board certification.

Formación

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active Ohio APRN license with prescriptive authority.
• Active board certification in the appropriate nursing specialty.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient and, as assigned, inpatient clinical services and care coordination for Rheumatology patients at designated sites.
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
• Develop assessments and treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical records in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate infusion center care and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
