Looking for a Pain Management role with real volume, strong support, and a flexible schedule? This independent hospital in Indiana is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Pain Management practice. Step into a practice of 3,000 active patients that receives more than 100 new referrals each month. You will see new and established patients, manage chronic pain and medications, and perform in-office procedures such as joint injections and Botox for migraines.

Compensation Details

• Guaranteed base salary up to $145,000 plus wRVU production bonus
• Signing bonus up to $20,000
• Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance
• $3,000 CME stipend with 5 CME days
