Job summary

The Specialty Alliance is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our outpatient clinic in Phoenix, AZ. You will work under physician supervision to deliver high-quality patient care in a physician-led MSO setting.

Responsibilities include patient histories, physicals, assisting with diagnoses, and coordinating credentialing. The role offers a base salary with bonus potential, PTO and CME support, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• State licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in an outpatient clinic setting
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel patient and family on health and disease
• Participate in continuing education, training, and credentialing requirements
• Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
