Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current NY State licensure (or eligibility).
• National certification: NP: AANP or ANCC; PA: NCCPA.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans; order and interpret tests.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in the EMR; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
