Job summary

The Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Center at ThedaCare Health Campus – Encircle is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Hospitalist team. This position involves covering the night shift, managing approximately 13 patients independently at ThedaCare Medical Center - Orthopedic, Spine, and Pain.

Candidates should be prepared to assist with coverage for about 100 patients across locations in Appleton and Neenah, working independently without a physician present during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 13 patients per day at OSP independently.
• Assist with night coverage duties and census.

Overview

ThedaCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Hospitalist (nights) team at ThedaCare Medical Center - Orthopedic, Spine and Pain.

Shift Details

• 7 on 7, 6a-6p shift
• Every other weekend
• Night coverage at OSP also assisting the valley nocturnist physicians
• Night shift has 2 APCS covering range of TC - Appleton, TC - Neenah and CAHs

Responsibilities

• No physician present at night at OSP - APC will work independently
• # of patients per day ~ 13 at OSP
• Role assists with coverage census ~100 patients
