Qualifications

• Active nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in good standing.
• New grads welcome with training opportunities.
• Experience in SNF or geriatrics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality care in a respectful, professional manner.
• Assess patients through exams and histories; document care.
• Perform injections, suturing, wound management.
• Educate patients on regimens and wellness.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
