Extensive training provided to help you develop clinical and leadership skills in a SNF setting. The role focuses on delivering quality patient care, conducting thorough assessments, documenting care, and collaborating with physicians to optimize treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in good standing
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Responsabilités

• Ensure delivery of quality care to all patients
• Assess patients through interviews, exams, and histories
• Document care in patient records accurately
• Administer injections, immunizations, and wound care
• Educate patients on regimens and wellness
