Job summary

Greater Valley Health Center seeks an experienced advanced practice clinician to join our provider team in the Flathead Valley, northwest Montana. This role supports primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services, delivering patient-centered care across all ages in a NHSC/SLRP approved site.

Qualified candidates hold an APRN or PA degree, Montana license, national certification, and current BLS and DEA credentials, with a preference for 2+ years in acute and chronic care and the ability

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (APRN) or PA program completed.
• Current Montana advanced practice license (Nurse Practitioner or PA).
• National certification: APRN (Montana) or NCCPA as applicable.
• BLS certification and DEA license current.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical care under physician direction.
• Assess, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Maintain medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Refer patients to physicians when appropriate and coordinate care.
