Job summary

CVS Health MinuteClinic in the Ft Worth area is hiring Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for clinic-based care. Part-time (20-25 hrs/week) or full-time (30-35 hrs/week) with in-person and occasional virtual visits, focused on high-quality patient care.

Master's degree in a Family Nurse Practitioner program with active licensure is required; DOT/BLS preferred. Hourly pay range is $62–$71 plus incentives and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
• DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment.
• Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs.
• Active BLS certification.
• Physical presence at assigned clinic required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other providers.
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management.
• Manage essential clinic operations: inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification, payments.
• Support a safe, efficient care environment with timely appointment management.
