Job summary

CVS Health MinuteClinic in Spring, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for a full-time float clinic role. The position supports numerous clinics in the North Houston area, delivering high-quality in-person and virtual care with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice.

You will work 30–35 hours per week, with competitive hourly pay and benefits, and opportunities for professional development within CVS Health’s large network.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted FNP license in good standing.
• Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care including counseling on pregnancy prevention and STI prevention.
• DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care with assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling and coordination of care with other providers.
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management.
• Handle clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up and payments.
