Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced PA or NP for a full-time occupational medicine and primary care position across multiple clinic locations in Texas. Enjoy a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth, comprehensive benefits, and a focus on patient-centered care.

Role includes exam and treatment duties, ordering tests, suturing, immunizations, and documentation, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. Relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• Current state licensure and board certification.
• DEA license required before start date; DOT Medical Examiner (FMCSA NRCME) certification required before start; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational medicine and primary care services.
• Conduct patient exams, diagnose and treat injuries/illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform procedures including suturing, wound care, injections, and immunizations.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.

Ideal Candidate

Location & Schedule

• Full-time Float PA or NP
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call (clinic dependent)

Compensation

• Base salary: $165,000-$185,000
• Float stipend
• Monthly RVU bonus
• Quarterly quality bonus

Role Summary

• Provide occupational medicine and primary care services.
• Conduct patient exams, diagnose and treat injuries/illnesses.

• Deliver excellent patient care and customer service across multiple clinic locations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
• Current state licensure and board certification
• DEA required before start date
• DOT Medical Examiner (FMCSA NRCME) certification required before start (training provided if needed)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care and/or occupational medicine preferred
• Comfortable treating patients ages 2+
