Job summary

Healthcare Recruitment Counselors is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Fort Collins, CO to join a multidisciplinary practice specializing in physical medicine, rehabilitation, regenerative medicine, and medical weight loss.

You will conduct evaluations, manage treatment plans, and perform injections including PRP within a collaborative team, while ensuring high-quality patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado NP license
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and examinations
• Perform patient re-evaluations and progress assessments
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe physical therapy and rehabilitative services
• Prescribe and dispense durable medical equipment (DME)
• Perform joint injections, including PRP procedures
• Administer and manage regenerative medicine treatments
• Coordinate care with chiropractic and rehabilitation providers
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and ongoing care
