Job summary

Indiana University Health Medical Group in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Vascular Surgery team. This full-time day position offers Monday–Friday 8a-4:30p with no call or weekends.

You will provide comprehensive vascular care across inpatient and ambulatory settings, participate in hospital rounding, patient assessments, care coordination, discharge planning and follow-up visits, and collaborate with vascular surgeons and the multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA Board Certified
• Licensed or license eligible in Indiana
• Must have surgical background
• New grads welcomed with strong surgical rotations and background
