Indiana University Health Medical Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our vascular surgery team at IU Health Methodist Hospital.

This full-time daytime position offers 40 hours weekly with 7am-5:30pm shifts, Saturday options, and no night calls.

Candidates should have a master's degree, board certification (ACNP/AGNP/FNP or PA), Indiana license, and 3-5 years of experience; vascular surgery experience is ideal.

Opportunity Details

• Full-Time- Days
• 40 hours 7a-530p (if decided to do 5 hours on Saturday then adjust to 630a/6-530 to have 40 hours
• Mon- 10 here or on Wednesday
• Tues and Thurs-10 hours
• Wed and Fri- 0
• Sat- 5-10 hours (up to candidate but at least 7-12p) and Sunday- 0
• Holiday Rotation between the 2 other inpatient APP's
• Call Schedule- Call will take first call on the days they are working during their schedule time. No nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive inpatient care by conducting daily patient rounds, evaluating and managing new consults, coordinating care with multidisciplinary team and delivering patient and family education to support a safe and successful discharge.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Must be ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA Board Certified
• Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Indiana
• 3-5 years' experience
• Open to the right new grad who is wanting to grow with the practice long term
• Vascular surgery experience would be ideal.
