Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager (NP) to lead multiple outpatient infusion clinics in Riverside, CA. The role is on-site, Mon–Fri, with full benefits and no weekends/holidays. Requires NP and CA RN license, plus 5+ years of clinical ops experience.

You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, ensure compliance and KPI performance, and collaborate with a growing care network delivering patient-centered services.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Prefer 5 or more years related clinical experience.
• Proven experience managing day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring/training, maintaining compliance & quality standards, KPI's.
• Active CA RN License.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight across multiple ambulatory infusion clinics in Riverside, CA and surrounding area.
• Lead a dynamic, high-performing team and ensure quality standards and compliance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for clinic operations.
• Mentor and schedule staff, manage day-to-day operations and staffing.
