Job summary

Strive Health is seeking an NP Clinical Educator to design, build, and implement training programs for clinical and non-clinical teams nationwide. You will ensure onboarding and continuous education aligned with evidence-based guidelines and adult learning.

A role reporting to the Director, Clinical Informatics & Education. Responsibilities include developing programs, collaborating with SMEs, analyzing workflows, and serving as a subject matter expert on EHR systems while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in nursing.
  • 3+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • 2+ years of curriculum development and education experience in a clinical setting or equivalent
  • Internet connectivity - Min speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down); Latency <60ms.
  • Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.

  • Works with other departments and SMEs in building and delivering programs that meet the organization's needs.
  • Conducts workflow analysis and identifies opportunities for improvement in the education and learning process and implements strategies to improve clinical excellence and operational efficiencies.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert on technical applications such as electronic health record (EHR) and platforms utilized for provision of care, documentation, care coordination, and reporting.
  • Effectively communicates new enhancements of technical applications, new and/or revised programs, and develops education resources to support end user learning.
  • Meets in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities. Business travel may be required for opportunities to connect with stakeholders, and attend Strive-sponsored team events.

What You'll Do

TheNPClinical Educator willassistwith the design, build, and implementation of training programs within Strive Healthto ensure the successful onboarding and continuous training of clinical and non-clinical teams. Clinical teams consist of nurse practitioners, registered nurse care managers, registered dietitians, medical assistants, care coordinators, social workers, pharmacists, and others. The education programs and training will reflect evidence-based clinical practice guidelines and adult learning theory. This role will support all markets nationwide including corporate personnel and will report to theDirector, Clinical Informatics & Education.

The Day to Day
  • Develops education programs and training that are evidence-based and supportive of adult learning theory.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in nursing.
  • 3+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • 2+ years 'of curriculum development and education experience in a clinical setting or equivalent/relevant experience.
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms.
  • Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in clinical role (Ex: Nurse Practitioner).
  • 2+ years' experience as a field preceptor of students and/or new clinical hires.
  • 2+ years' experience in Nephrology, dialysis, or Cardiology.
  • Strong technical skills in educating users on EHR workflows & processes.
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Annual Salary Range: $112,000.00-$140,000.00

Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
