Whether you have experience operating a gunite nozzle, finishing pool surfaces, or are skilled in bottom finishing techniques, we have immediate opportunities available. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Operate gunite nozzles to apply concrete to pool structures with precision.
• Perform detailed pool surface finishing and smoothing using specialized techniques.
• Conduct bottom finishing tasks to achieve structurally sound, smooth pool floors.
• Work efficiently outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Collaborate with a team to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety at all times.
• Participate in company-provided training programs for ongoing skill development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in swimming pool gunite application is highly valued.
• Familiarity with nozzle operation, pool finishing, and bottom finishing techniques preferred.
• Outdoor labor or construction experience is a strong plus - training provided.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude required.
• Driver's license preferred, but not required.

Compensation Structure

• Per Pool Pay: $200 - $500 depending on pool size (average $275+ per day)
• Annual Estimated Income: $60,000 - $80,000 based on 10-month work season
  
  

Work Schedule

• Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)
• 40+ Hours Per Week
• Winter work available or eligibility for unemployment benefits during the off-season
