Join Our Team as a Store Cleaning Associate at TJX Companies

We are hiring for the role of Store Cleaning Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc.. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Operating floor cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers
• Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning
• Maintaining cleanliness standards across the store, including sales floor, backroom, restrooms, and associate lounge
• Supporting store operations and safety protocols
• Assisting in store recovery and supporting various store functions as needed

• Physical stamina for cleaning tasks and operating equipment
