Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, reliable Construction Laborer with residential remodeling experience and their own basic hand tools. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform demolition, site preparation, framing, drywall, and basic carpentry tasks.
Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment safely.
Assist with installation of doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures.
Follow safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with project managers and team members.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on residential construction or remodeling experience.
Must have a set of basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and procedures.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
Ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime if required.
Preferred but not required:
Experience with framing, drywall finishing, painting, or flooring installation.
Familiarity with jobsite safety practices (OSHA certification is a plus).
Compensation:
