Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix/Mesa is seeking an energetic server/bartender to join The Atrium Bar and our Food & Beverage team. You will craft cocktails, serve guests, and help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Ideal candidates have hospitality passion, good communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards of service and a welcoming attitude for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous serving/bartending experience preferred.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix/Mesa is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team atThe Atrium Bar.

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that great hospitality is about more than just serving food and drinks — it's about making every guest feel welcome!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to hotel guests and local patrons.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

• Make menu recommendations and confidently promote featured dishes, beverages, and specials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining area.

• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

• Work closely with fellow team members to create a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.

• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and food service.

• Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional during busy periods.

• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to obtain and maintain required Arizona food handler and alcohol service certifications.
