Job summary

The Kades Corporation, a major McDonald’s franchise operator, is seeking experienced leaders for assistant salaried manager roles in Texas. You will own daily operations, manage P&L, develop staff, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction.

Previous QSR leadership is a plus; McDonald’s experience helps but is not required. We offer competitive pay starting around $45,000, robust bonus programs, comprehensive health benefits, tuition assistance, and retirement contributions.

Previous QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience is a plus with assistant or general manager experience.
