The Kades Corporation, a large McDonald’s franchise, seeks an experienced leader to manage restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will own day-to-day responsibilities, lead the team, ensure food safety, and execute business plans to deliver strong results.

Qualifications include a proven track record in hospitality leadership, P&L management, and staff development. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced Texas setting.

Previous QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience is a plus with assistant or general manager experience.
