Basic Details:

Start: ASAP

• Must be willing to shifts day-of, although not all shifts will be on day of basis
  
  

Basic Requirements:

•Washington State Certification

• Experience as an Respiratory Therapist

•Must pass all required Maxim screening tests with an 80% or greater

•Clear criminal background screening.

•Current TB results or chest x-ray
