Sweetwater Care in Surprise, AZ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to ensure high-quality resident care in a clean, safe environment. You will lead nursing assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate treatment.

Responsibilities include accurate medication administration, supervising team members, and ensuring compliance with state and facility safety procedures. Flexibility in hours and rehab experience are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• An active RN license.
• 1 year experience.
• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community.
• Desire to care for residents with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Rehab experience preferred.

• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
