Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Bloomfield is seeking a Production Manager to lead project execution across our kitchen and bath divisions. You will supervise 5 in-house technicians, manage subcontractors, and coach crews on-site to keep live projects moving.

The role blends field leadership (~70%) with hands-on technical problem-solving (~30%), requiring strong cabinetry skills, blueprints literacy, and proficiency with JobTread and CompanyCam. A direct growth path to Director of Operations awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running residential remodeling as a Production Manager, Project Manager, or Lead Foreman.
• Hands-on skill in cabinetry, cabinet refacing, and finish carpentry, plus working knowledge of bath trades (tile, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to read blueprints and cabinet spec packages.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using job management apps (JobTread, CompanyCam).
• Valid NJ driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Own the master install calendar in JobTread; maintain a rolling 3-week look-ahead schedule for crews and sub-trades; ensure materials are on-site.
• Resolve layout, fabrication, and structural field issues; supervise cabinet refacing, custom cabinets, finish carpentry, and bathroom remodels.
• Serve as the primary client contact from start to finish; provide daily progress updates to homeowners.
• Maintain daily logs and punch lists to drive rapid closeouts.

Kitchen Tune-Up & Bath Tune-Up Bloomfield is hiring a Production Manager to lead project execution across our fast-growing kitchen and bath divisions. We have built a $2M+ business by pairing expert craftsmanship with real operational organization.
This is a working leadership role (~70% field management / 30% hands-on technical problem-solving). You will oversee our master install calendar, direct 5 in-house technicians, manage our sub-trade network, and step in on-site to coach crew members, resolve complex technical conditions, or keep live jobs moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Resolve layout, fabrication, and structural field issues. Execute cabinet refacing, custom cabinets, finish carpentry, and full bathroom remodels (tile, plumbing, waterproofing).
• Client Experience: Serve as the primary client point of contact from start to finish. Provide daily progress updates to homeowners on active jobs.
• Documentation & Closeout: Maintain daily logs in JobTread and CompanyCam. Drive punch lists to zero rapidly to ensure prompt project closeouts.
