Pay: $16.00 per hour (Weekly Pay). Available Shifts: 1st Shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. This role involves manufacturing tasks and teamwork to meet production goals.

• 1st Shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to producing quality products while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and manufacturing tasks as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads.

Requirements

• No jewelry is permitted on the production floor, including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, or rings.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes/boots are required.

Dress Code
Dress comfortably for the work environment. T-shirts and shorts are acceptable. Steel toe shoes are required. The facility can be hot during the summer and cold during the winter, so dress appropriately for the season.

This allows applicants to learn about the position, review job expectations, and determine if the role is a good fit.
