Now Hiring Part-Time Store Cleaning Associate $15.00/hr

Join us as a Part-Time Store Cleaning Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual to maintain a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care. Responsibilities include operating floor scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The role also involves adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and being cross-trained to support various store areas.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service practices
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintain cleanliness standards, including operation of cleaning equipment
• Ensure organizational and cleanliness standards across all store areas
• Follow health and safety policies, including refilling essential items
• Support store recovery and operational tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
