Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Ring customer purchases and returns accurately, and handle cash transactions following established procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures
• Participate in store recovery and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs to maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodations

• Retail customer experience preferred
