As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to operational standards. You may be cross-trained in various store areas to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process transactions and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Support safety and shrink reduction initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
