Infallible Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and help clients stay happy, healthy, and in their homes. You will provide long-term care and personal assistance with warmth and respect.

Requirements include 1+ years of caregiving with seniors, ability to work independently, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. We offer a supportive environment and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Able to work independently.
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients with clean driving record and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize premium skills like first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed, utilizing a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with clients of all ages.

Requirements

• Able to work Independently
