Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to support seniors in Kailua. Roles can be part-time or full-time, with flexible hours and weekly pay.

Trainings provided, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment are offered to help you build a rewarding career in the community. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, companionship, health monitoring, and coordination with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Certified NA or CNA in Hawaii.
• Experience with seniors is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to help with lifting and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor health changes and report them to supervisors.
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
