Celtic Property Management is looking for an experienced and highly skilled maintenance supervisor to oversee the maintenance team at Sunrise Vista in Phoenix, AZ.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the maintenance team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Oversee and perform maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Ensure all work orders and unit turns are completed promptly and to company standards.
• Meet and exceed team goals for unit turns, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage and monitor the preventative maintenance program for all mechanical systems and equipment.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee contract work as needed.
• Assist with capital projects, renovations, and budgeting for maintenance expenses.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship for maintenance staff.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance supervision within multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• EPA certification required; additional trade certifications are a plus.
• Ability to manage and train maintenance staff while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Proficiency in maintenance software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
