Job Overview:

As a Team Lead, you are expected to be reliable, punctual, professional, and able to successfully lead a team. You must have a valid MA Driver's License and a reliable car to drive to multiple homes each day. You are responsible for consistently maintaining the highest quality standards for Merry Maids Customers.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Clean furniture and surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean mirrors.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Follow Merry Maids guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to drive to multiple homes each day.

Qualifications:

• Must have a reliable car and valid driver's license to drive to multiple homes each day.
• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
