Job summary

TLC Care Services LLP seeks a dedicated Part-time or Hourly Caregiver to serve clients in the Palmer and Wasilla area. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and companionship in clients' homes.

We welcome beginners and those with 6 months to a few years of caregiving experience. CNA/PCA is preferred but not required, with CPR and First Aid certification encouraged. Valid Alaska residency in Palmer/Wasilla and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Alaska residency, especially Palmer or Wasilla, is important.

• Willing to attend orientation and training.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience working in home health, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes. Experience working with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly valued. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, patient monitoring techniques, first aid and CPR certification, manual handling skills including heavy lifting and patient transfers such as Hoyer lifts are essential.
