EFFRAIM HOME CARE AGENCY LLC in Willow Grove, PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, reliable support to individuals in a residential setting. If you enjoy helping others and making a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life, we would love to hear from you!

Shifts available include 1st, 2nd, overnight, weekends, and Weekdays. Pay is $17.00/hour with weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Compassionate and patient.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in DSP, caregiver, or residential care is a plus.
• Must complete background checks and onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and daily support in a residential setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Promote safety, independence, and a positive living environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities.
• Follow individual care plans and agency guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services.
• Communicate professionally with individuals, families, and the care team.

• Monday & Friday


• 9:00 AM–4:00 PM


• 14 hours/week

1st Shift – Weekend

• Saturday & Sunday


• 9:00 AM–4:00 PM


• 14 hours/week

2nd Shift – Sunday–Wednesday

• Sunday–Wednesday


• 4:00 PM–11:00 PM


• 28 hours/week

2nd Shift – Thursday–Saturday

• Thursday–Saturday


• 4:00 PM–11:00 PM


• 21 hours/week

Overnight – Sunday–Wednesday

• Sunday–Wednesday


• 11:00 PM–9:00 AM


• 40 hours/week

Overnight – Thursday–Saturday

• Thursday–Saturday


• 11:00 PM–9:00 AM


• 30 hours/week

Responsibilities
