Offers multiple shifts including 1st shift, 2nd shift, and overnight, with 14–40 hours weekly and a pay rate of $17.00/hour, plus weekly direct deposit. DSPs assist with daily living, meals, safety, and community activities while following care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Compassionate and patient.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous DSP, caregiver, direct care, or residential experience is a plus.
• Must be able to successfully complete all required background checks, clearances, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily support to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Promote safety, independence, and a positive living environment.
• Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and community activities.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in meaningful activities.
• Follow individual care plans and agency guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

2nd Shift – Sunday–Wednesday

• Sunday–Wednesday
• 4:00 PM–11:00 PM
• 28 hours/week

2nd Shift – Thursday–Saturday

• Thursday–Saturday
• 4:00 PM–11:00 PM
• 21 hours/week

Overnight – Sunday–Wednesday

• Sunday–Wednesday
• 11:00 PM–9:00 AM
• 40 hours/week

Overnight – Thursday–Saturday

• Thursday–Saturday
• 11:00 PM–9:00 AM
• 30 hours/week
