MEGA TOUCH CONCEPTS INC is hiring Direct Care Staff (DCS) for a Level III Residential Treatment Facility in Gastonia, NC. You will supervise and support youth, help implement treatment plans, and foster a safe, structured environment.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, behavior support, daily living assistance, and thorough documentation while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB test.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Level III Residential Treatment Facility

Position Overview

Direct Care Staff provide direct supervision and support to youth in a Level III Residential Treatment Facility. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while assisting residents with daily routines, behavior support, and life skills development in accordance with each client’s treatment plan.
