Qualifications

We’re currently hiring Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers, and Leasing Professionals to support specific apartment communities within our Indianapolis District. If you're a passionate, service-focused professional looking to grow your career with a company that truly values its associates, this is your opportunity.

Location: Indianapolis District Office | Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with some Saturdays required

What You'll Do

Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and leading onsite teams (Community Manager)
  • Supporting community leadership with resident relations, leasing, and office tasks (Assistant Community Manager)
  • Assisting prospective residents with tours, applications, and move-ins, while delivering excellent customer service (Leasing Professional)

Compensation

  • Community Manager: $55,000–$65,000/year
  • Assistant Community Manager: $20–$24/hour
  • Leasing Professional: $18–$20/hour

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property management preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to resolve resident and operational challenges professionally
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Comfortable conducting market surveys and competitive analysis
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
  • Willing to complete drug and background screenings upon offer
