Job summary

Right at Home Palm Coast is seeking compassionate CNAs or HHAs to provide in-home care across Flagler County. You’ll deliver one-on-one support, assist with ADLs, and build meaningful relationships with clients in their homes.

We offer W-2 employment, flexible schedules, bi-weekly pay, ongoing training, and growth opportunities. Current AHCA Level 2 background check, CPR, TB test, and Florida driver’s license or state ID required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or HHA certification.
• Active AHCA Level 2 Background Screening.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB screening within the last 12 months.
• Florida Driver's License or State Photo ID.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel in Flagler County.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation and errands as needed.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to the office.
