Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance to live safely and comfortably at home. Our caregivers support daily living activities, provide companionship, and offer emotional support.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Background Screening is required.
• Valid government-issued photo ID and a second form of identification (Social Security card or Passport).
• Current CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support with toileting and incontinence care.
• Aid with walking and transfers; assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversations and activities.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings; follow care plans.
• Document services provided and communicate changes in client condition to the office.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

Job Summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance to live safely and comfortably at home. Our caregivers make a meaningful difference by supporting daily living activities while offering companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:

  • Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene

  • Toileting and incontinence care

  • Assistance with walking and transfers

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities

• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings

• Follow care plans and document services provided

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

• Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly

Caregiver Requirements

• Level 2 Background Screening (Required)

• Current CPR Certification

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

• Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred (but not always required)
